"All Mine" is the impressive new single from the musical collaboration of French-based electronic outfit Sense and Philadelphia-based R&B/pop duo Eleven. The track presents a fresh, catchy blend of pop and R&B, nicely complemented with vibrant electronic layers, and graced with the warm, soulful vocals of Eleven's Karis Stephen. Combine all that with the track's professional and slick sounding production, and we think "All Mine" has seriously got some great chart potential.
So, who are Sense and Eleven? Sense is the musical project of three young french students, who met at their engineering school in Lyon, France. The trio released their first EP, Esper, composed and recorded in their rooms, in June 2017 and is signed with the french YouTube Channel Get The Sound. Eleven is an independent, Philadelphia-based duo comprised of Karis Stephen and Blue Bookhard. They combine elements of jazz, R&B, electronic, and indie-pop, and create music with emotional, harmonic vocals and evocative undertones.
We wondered how these two geographically-separated artists ended up working together. Eleven vocalist Karis Stephen tells us that the collaboration came about when the two bands were introduced to each other through mutual friends. As for the resulting sound, she explains, "Sense is a French electronic group and Eleven is a pop/R&B duo, so we thought it would be a cool mix!" And that it is indeed. Take a listen for yourself:
